How do I access my online course materials?
Once you complete your registration, you can log in to your student hub using your credentials. All lecture videos, practice problems, and digital notes will be available immediately under your active courses tab.
What is the shipping policy for physical study guides?
Physical textbooks and study materials are typically processed within 1-2 business days. We offer standard and expedited shipping options across the United States. Tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as the package leaves our warehouse.
Do you offer a passing guarantee?
Yes, we offer a 'Free Repeat' guarantee for most of our courses. If you take our review course and do not pass your exam, you can repeat the same course for free in the next available session, provided you meet our attendance and participation requirements.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover). We also offer flexible financing options through Affirm and PayPal Credit for those who prefer to pay in installments.
Can I request a refund if I change my mind?
Refund requests are accepted within 48 hours of purchase, provided that the course has not yet started and no digital materials have been heavily accessed. A small administrative fee may apply to all processed refunds.
